Atronic is great to work with. If I have an issue they get someone scheduled out promptly to address it. I am especially happy when that someone is Paul L. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. I never have had an issue he dcouldn’t resolve.

I have been an Atronic customer since they took over American Electronics. Ashley came today to replace batteries in our glass break sensors. She quickly replaced all 5 batteries. And showed me how to do it if I want to do it myself in the future. Great service.

Paul Love and Cameron are awesome! Professional and patient. They had to show up more than once to finish setting up the media room only due to the fact that the large screen TV was damaged and couldn’t be installed. Once we received a non- damaged TV, they got it installed, setup and Paul was very helpful in explaining the remote use. Paul also checked the security system for issues we recently had, offered some advice and based on that, I’ll schedule additional service soon. Thanks guys! We appreciate all you do. Paul advised us on how to improve our TV sound and meet our needs in a way that way far more logical than other bidders. He and Cameron installed my sound bar, linked it to my Sonos’s app and showed me how to operate it. Exactly what I was looking for. Paul has worked on our home security and sound system for many years and I totally trust his knowledge, advice and ability. He is a great asset to Atronic.
